The United in Strength Cup (Open & Tested) - 18/08/2024

Come join us for an epic day of powerlifting at the United in Strength Classic APL Meet! This in-person event will be held on Sunday August 18th at 618 Barbell Adelaide, located on McGowan Street in Pooraka, SA, Australia.

This event will be a MIXED meet of Tested and Non-Tested lifters, coming together to display their incredible strength.

This will be a chance to qualify for the Zero Pro 2 in Brisbane October 26-27th AND an early qualifier for DT Nationals or Nationals in 2025.

You must have a current and active APL membership at least ONE WEEK PRIOR to this event to be able to compete. You can join APL here

Squats will be performed out of a mono with a 25KG bar. Bench performed on a bench press with a 20KG bar and Deadlifts performed with a 20KG Goliath Deadlift bar. Sleeved squatters will be required to WALK OUT of the monolith. 

*Weigh-ins will be held at 618 Barbell on Saturday 17th August at 9.30AM-11.30AM. If you are unable to make these times and need to find an additional time, please contact us at unitedinstrengthcoaching@gmail.com at least one week before the competition - same-day weigh-ins are possible for those who require it. Please be ready with your Openers/First Attempts on SBD so we can input them into the system and have the flights published before the morning commences.*

REFUND POLICY
There are no refunds for competition entry fees, if you withdraw from this event. You cannot transfer your competition entry to a later event nor transfer between lifters.
